Congrats Fall Sports!

Congratulations to all the Fall sports teams at Stowe HS but a particular Hats Off to the Boys Soccer team for the defense of their State Championship in Div III soccer. All of Stowe is proud of the accomplishments of this team and Coach Jamie Birmingham, consecutive State Championships, a task well done .

And how about the Girls Soccer team being seeded #12 and reaching the Semi-Finals before bowing to Peoples! To all the Girls and Coach Tim Ziegler, nice work!

Then what we have all come to expect, but that isn't the way sports work and only hard work gets you there, Coach Bev Osterberg once again had the Girls Field Hockey team in the State Championship game only to lose so closely in a shootout on penalty strokes to Rice! The game could have easily gone another way but it doesn't diminish one iota how we feel about the terrific accomplishment this season's Team!

The Cross Country runners under the tutalege of Becky McGovern performed admirably at the State Championships at Thetford Academy and carried the colors of Stowe High School with honor!
